About

Hi, I am a handy man who can handle all sorts of property related jobs.
My focus is on small to medium size projects. DIYers and homeowner might involve the job if they wish. I work hard to meet deadlines for project completion. You can have reasonable quotes and then completing jobs on the budget.

I can provide:
* Interior & Exterior Painting
* Gib stopping, strip wallpaper & skimming
* Spray roof, ceiling, exterior cladding, etc
* Water blasting

I set up well at the beginning, e.g., covering timber floor, carpet with plastic film to make sure never drop a spot on the floor; covering furniture with a new film to make sure no dust on the furniture.

I do a lot of preparation before painting; holes & gaps filled, cracks are stopped, loose paint is stripped back to timber if necessary. Exterior high pressure washed before painting. Any rust will be treated properly before paint.

I do clean up every day to make sure the site is tidy; I clean up very well when the job is done.

I do good management to cooperate well with builders, electrician, plumber, tiler, etc. to make your project done smooth & on time.
