Bathroom upgrade

I chose SV Ltd as reviews were good but workmanship substandard, bar the tiler. Lacked cleanliness and no checks carried out by Project Manager to ensure everything ok. Had to contact him on numerous occasions. There were repeated revisits to fix things which upset the tenant. The plumber blacklisted me as was overworked. The workmen seemed to be running from job to job forsaking quality. The new bathroom is a big improvement and James did his best within budget to accomodate.

Rumpus renovation

I really enjoy working with James and the team. Their advice is sensible, the workmanship excellent, costs reasonable and James really pull through on a particular work that was strictly time-bound. I've since engaged James for another project. The only area of disappointment was getting quotes back where external vendors are involved (windows, gates), but this is not within his control and we understand.

Found out about Builderscrack through community facebook page and based on someone's personal recommendation. Decided to go with SV Ltd who were Very prompt with communication and response. Everything was completed as agreed in a very timely manner. Worked in with tenant, who thought company was very professional, and kept him and myself up todate with what was happening. Liaised with my plumber as required.
