We engaged Phil & Taryn from Bowness Built to build our ‘forever’ house after viewing one of their previous builds. We liked many of the extra features they had incorporated, and the attention to detail. Phil & Taryn were professional, friendly and receptive to new technologies. It was a good fit to engage them to build our self-designed bespoke house, with hydronics heating, spray foam insulation and a hi-tech heat recovery and ventilation system. We are very happy and pleased with the results, and impressed with how they tackled some challenges that arose along the way, particularly as we were deeply involved in the project. The Coot
We asked Bowness Built to re-tie our foundations after repair work. The price was given promptly,after a site visit and examination.
