Glenbrook Design Ltd has been designing new houses and renovations both residential and commercial, and providing BC (Building Consent) and RC (Resource Consent) documentation for more than 15 years. We specialize in providing all documentation to the councils to facilitate the clients specific project and follow through to the BC approval and the issue of the consent. The documentation for CCC (Code Compliance Certificate) will be tracked through the building process. We will keep within the decided budget and our aim is to design above the standard Building Code. Our interest is to combine passive house systems nz into standard construction design to provide better homes for the future.
