We have more than 15 years’ experience in construction (residential and commercial) in Auckland.

Our company can assist you with fixing a lot of property building issues. From little jobs to large ones.

For the last 3 year we have completed a lot of projects related to water leakage, flooding. Also, total bathroom renovation, decking, flooring, plasterboards, stopping, painting, property maintenance etc.

We do project management as well. We work with plumbers, electricians, gib fixers, stoppers and painters, tilers, flooring guys etc. Can take a project and complete most of the work by ourselves.

Helping with insurance claims (quotations and reports).

I have an LBP licence and Public Liability Insurance.

Replace floor under hot water cylinder

I required the floor under our hot water cylinder to be replaced. It had been water damaged over time and was sinking. I contacted Alexander and he contacted me quickly.. He was fast to quote and provide a total --- -ordinating a plumber also, to move the cylinder and put it back. There was also some shelving that also needed to be trimmed down, so it fit back into the cupboard. Left a clean and tidy job. I would highly reccomend CAERUS Construction Ltd.
