I just wanted to delete the original negative feedback about these guys not calling me .. because as soon as I posted it, they made contact explaining why there'd been no contact .. but the site won't allow me to delete it .. so am simply changing it. Oh and the score for Professionalism is mid-point solely because I don't know / haven't spoken with them yet but the site won't allow me to only post on responsiveness! Argh! ;)
