Dan and his team did a great job, communicated superbly, were very professional and accomodating for my many changes along the way. Dans subcontractors were just as good, plumber/gasfitter & electrician, we also used Dans recommendations for painting and floor polishing.

Be very aware, difficulties throughout. Poor communication & workmanship. The extension was set out from a fence, not the boundary resulting in incorrect position. Cladding originally installed to not line up with existing house. Gib hung poorly, cracking within months of completion. Shower liner lifted from wall in weeks, fittings not secured. Paint and concrete splashes left on windows & garage. They were deregistered by Master Builder's after an independent assessment of their work was done.

Dan was professional and excellent it communication. His crew were great guys and hard working and open to slight tweaks as the project progressed. Happy with end result. Bi-folds onto the deck look amazing and the removal of the structural walls making it open plan has transformed the kitchen and dinning room. 4 inspections all went without a hitch.
