We have a draughting service available.
We do pre-purchase inspections/reports.
We also have a pre-purchase warrant of fitness service available.
This will tell you if a building you are about to purchase meets with the building code & if not, what the cost would be to bring it up to code.
We also specialise in insurance reinstatement work. We have our own painting/plastering & decorating team.
