Alan was great to deal with, prompt to reply to my questions and kept me informed of the job. He turned up when he said he would as did his contractors and the job was done and finished to a good standard. He warned in advance about the electrical costs being an estimate and offered to get the electrician round to quote before starting the job which was appreciated (it's old wiring). I'd happily recommend Alan.
