James was one of three builders I asked for a quote, to undertake some general house repairs on my wooden villa. James was streets ahead of the other builders I received quotes form. He was a great communicator, he identified other potential issues and raised them with me for consideration about whether I wanted to include them or not (and thankfully he did). James has been great to deal with, as have his sub-contractors and to date, all is going according to plan. We are very pleased with progress. An update - the final stages of painting today, and what a fabulous bathroom we have got! It is fantastic and I would unreservedly recommend James to anyone who wanted a professional attitude, prompt attention and easy to work with.
