To whom it may concern,
I was the processing Building Compliance Officer on behalf of the Council for one of Simon’s projects
that was seeking a Building Consent.
The plan involved a very complex two storey dwelling of over 270m2
It is not often that we receive an application so detailed that it gains a Building Consent without the
need for additional information requested. In this case there was only one minor point concerning
NZBC E1 – Surface Water.
Given the complexity of the design, I was so impressed with Simon’s work, that I contacted him at
the time to offer my congratulations on an exemplary plan and its associated documentation.

I do not hesitate to recommend Simon Pullar for any project you may have in mind.

I cannot speak more highly of Simon. He made the whole process fun and his knowledge is vast. He was able to problem solve all the crazy ideas I had and bring them into fruition. He was quick and thorough. Got our plans through council without a single RFI. Our builder was very impressed, as with many of our other contractors. Simon communicates well with everyone meaning the project runs so smooth. Just such a positive experience!
