Steve communicated very promptly, came to see the project on site, gave us very useful advice as well as offering sensible thoughts about what our options were. It was apparent that Steve prides himself on doing high quality work and knows his craft well. This time we found a builder through a source other than builder's crack who was able to give us a cheaper price because he didn't have to pay the 5% builder's crack commission, but I hope we will get to work with Steve in the future.
