I have 35 years experience making all sorts of things, not just Houses. I am mobile and fully equipped:
I began with Joinery (stairs doors windows kitchens etc...), before securing an apprenticeship as an English Woodcarver and Furniture maker, which also included French Polishing, Wood Turning and Spray Finishing.
I went on to fitting out boats; then building entire boats, as well as completing many repairs and rebuilds of boats.
I have also built many timber kitchens in native and exotic woods, but my love of the outdoors soon had me working building houses.
After many years as a builder, I did a Building apprenticeship, and am now a Self Employed licensed Building Practitioner.
I have worked on large commercial concreting jobs, such as the Te Puke Treatment Plant upgrade and the Wairakei Pump --- ll me, if you want a good honest old school tradesman who takes pride in his work, and was taught by lifelong Builders. Something I consider myself fortunate for. I can be found on Facebook as Gary Ellis Woodwright. Lots of work history there to see.
