Gibboard ceiling replacement

I needed repair work performed on my rental. And as I live in Australia it became a little more complicated to proceed with the organisation of these works, besides the engagement of a contractor. However I found Mike to be very cooperative and highly responsive. He replaced plaster ceilings with gibboard in two bedrooms, one bathroom and a small hallway and he also painted the entire interior, together with some additional requested works. He was easy to deal with, nothing was a problem.
