This is a plan to build a minor dwelling in my back yard. Expected a very simple and easy process as this is just 60 sqM small scale project. But reality has not been so sweet. Slightly tight space and little sloppy site caused never expected obstacles: Had to tackle Rainwater detention tank, Sediment and Erosion control and Lodge Resource Consent, all of which resulted much more processing time and extra cost (and stress).
