We are a Main Contractor based in Blenheim. Our larger founding branch has been successfully operating in Nelson since 1970. We also have a presence in Christchurch.
We focus on providing Registered Master Building Services throughout the Top of the South.
We are structured to allow us to tackle not only the largest projects that this region has to offer, but also any minor works as well. We have extensive experience in Alterations, Renovations and Insurance repairs. We are all to willing to visit your property and provide specialist advice and an obligation free estimate or quote. We proudly boast 7 Licensed Building Practitioners on our staff to ensure the job is done right - first time.
For projects requiring a significant investment, we can call on our in-house Registered Quantity Surveyors (QS) to draw on their vast experience and Client Project and Main Contractor QS skills. To this end we can provide budget estimates to determine the viability of your idea and if so to assist with obtaining finance. We have our own proven in-house Project Management Capabilities that closely monitors progress through the project life cycle. This allows us to delivery projects in full, as per the specification, on time and with a minimum of fuss!
