Sonny’s Property Solutions & Maintenance provides reliable property maintenance, repairs, landscaping and improvement services throughout Auckland, with outer-region and wider New Zealand travel available by discussion and agreement.
As an owner-operator, I personally deliver a broad range of hands-on property services including handyman repairs, minor carpentry, painting and preparation, plaster repairs, fencing, gardening and landscaping, exterior cleaning, property make-good works, rubbish and vegetation removal, and general residential and commercial property maintenance.
I also provide 24/7 reactive and after-hours property maintenance support, subject to availability, for urgent repairs, make-safe works and time-sensitive property issues.
My background includes facilities maintenance, property services and project coordination/management experience, giving me a practical understanding of working with homeowners, landlords, property managers, commercial clients and multi-trade projects.
For work requiring specialist, regulated or licensed trades, I work alongside a trusted network of qualified and licensed subcontractors and suppliers. This allows Sonny’s Property Solutions & Maintenance to coordinate broader scopes and multi-trade projects while providing clients with one reliable point of contact from initial assessment through to completion.
