Sanctus Builders
About
Christchurch-based home maintenance specialist, experienced in managing projects through to the finishing touches.
Founded by Felipe, Sanctus Builders was built around three simple principles: Veritas. Gloria. Pax. — Truth. Glory. Peace. We believe a great building experience starts with honest communication, reliable workmanship and a straightforward approach to getting the job done.
With a background working alongside his family’s construction and silica free benchtop manufacturing companies, Felipe brings hands-on building experience and a practical understanding of what it takes to deliver quality work efficiently. From fast, transparent quoting through to project completion, our aim is to make the building process as simple and stress-free as possible.
We work across a wide range of residential projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, insulation, doors and windows, fencing, decking, plasterboard and wall repairs, home maintenance, and general building work.
Whether you’re planning, repairing part of your home or simply need a reliable builder for those smaller jobs, Sanctus Builders is here to help.
