Hi, been in and out of the building game over the last 35 years 8 years ago started a maintenance company in Palmy North. For family reasons moved back to Auckland 5 years ago, thats when i started PC&R Ltd. Property Care and Renovations, I have been looking after a couple of high end apartment building in Auckland city along with a number privately owned rental properties.
We do all kinds of work, from start to finish. No job to small, full bathroom, kitchen and house renovations to hole repairs. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, doing things once and doing it right.
