Garden shed concrete slab and install kitset shed.

Homeowners current garden shed had suffered majorly in a recent storm. We removed the remains of the old shed. Installed a new concrete pad and put together a new duratuf shed on the slab. Job included demolition, excavation, boxing and steel. And placing and Finishing of concrete. All in all a good result for the homeowner!

Laundry stand

Custom built stand in covered in porch area for washer and dryer. All done to clients desire. Very limited storage/space in this house so happy to help out and provide and area for the washer and dryer, this gaining space inside the main house.

Mirimar pedestrian gate etc

Demolish existing (fallen over) fence. Install new 14m boundary fence including new entrance way and pedestrian gate.

Seatoun kwilla deck

Construction of new entranceway deck, built over existing patio, wrap around steps and kwilla balustrade to one end. Custom storage hatches. All design and build.
