Awesome electricians! Excellent communication. Laurence did an amazing job installing the pendant light and dimmers. He was so careful to ensure it was exactly the right height and placement and gave great advice. I will definitely be contacting them again if I require more work.

Oven committed suicide - found Pluto on the interwebz. Left a web message (as over blew up over public holiday), which they responded to promptly first day of normal business hours. Sparky turned up same day, spent significant time examining issue, all the while explaining things to me so I could understand - figured out problem, found parts and advised expected time until return visit to fix. Return visit was much quicker than expected and the repair was done quickly and efficiently [although, it's possible having me on site made life a lot smoother]. Excellent demeanor, excellent service, very patient with questions: would use again and would recommend unreservedly. NB: I didn't shop around for quotes - I just grabbed the nearest, well-recommended/ reviewed sparky - so can't speak as to the cost of the job, but consider myself well satisfied as the service was so good. So, a year later, Pluto came and installed a new ceiling fan - as the old one decided it didn't want to work anymore. Still efficient. Still good folk. Still do a great job. NB again: I have no idea about cost vs other electricians as I didn't even bother to look, I just contacted Pluto.
