In the high winds of Oct '25, our overhead mains cable was blown down. Pluto's sparkies turned up punctually, and braved a 2-storey ladder climb in marginal conditions to reattach the cable, taking care to increase the purchase of the anchor bolt. The guys were very considerate of working inside and outside the house. Really, I can't think of anything they could have done better. The compliance certificate arrived very quickly, and the bill was very reasonable. Definitely highly recommended.
