Many thanks to Matt for providing a super prompt and professional service at very short notice when we were losing large amounts of hot water through a faulty tap. This was the first time we had met Matt and he was recommended to me by another plumber (who was unavailable). I found Matt to be very personable, polite and respectful, and so easy to deal with! He listened carefully to the several plumbing problems we had, our style requirements for resolution, was diligent in finding the closest matching replacements he could find that we had specified at a price we were very happy with. Most importantly, he was trustworthy and honest, pointing out that what I had thought was going to be one expensive problem was actually a simple fix and therefore considerably cheaper to rectify-saving us several hundred dollars. I have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending Matt Lapslie - Super Plumbing, for plumbing jobs and we would gladly use his services again.
