Being required to transition from One NZ's HFC service to another connection was particularly concerning to me as it seemed it would require moving my PC (not then WiFi capable) to another, less convenient location. Rhys responded within minutes to my request for help and was quickly available. He not only connected all my devices but also obtained the part my PC needed so that it can stay right where I want it.
