After having changed service providers our TV channels were no longer streamed via fibre optic so we had to resort to live TV. The problem was our old aerial would not tune in all the channels so we found TV SIGNAL SOLUTIONS on Google and our friendly technician Abdul was with us by 6.45pm that evening. In the meantime by pure coincidence the aerial cable had disengaged in the high winds. In no time Abdul installed a new aerial in our attic solving the Live TV problems immediately. However our TV being an early Smart TV did not come with the vast selection of preloaded apps and programmes available nowadays. Abdul said the TV could easily be updated to that standard by installing a "dongle" which he did and then gave us tuition on navigating the new setup all for less than the cost of a replacement TV! Abdul's no fuss, no problem attitude along with his knowledgeable approach to the job and his friendly and empathetic manner to our less than tech savy minds was much appreciated. Reply: Thank you.
