We suddenly had no TV signal, asked around for companies and prices. Abdul replied, very friendly, uncomplicated and also offered the best price. So we picked him. And let him know that we are Deaf. Not a problem for him, he came on time, communication went sooth by writing, and he cracked the problem within 10 minutes. Awesome service.

When my elderly mother’s tv stopped working, we contacted Abdul late on a Saturday. Abdul went round on Sunday, and when we realised the old tv had died, Abdul went home and returned with his daughters tv so my mother had something to watch. By Tuesday Abdul had purchased our preferred new tv, installed it with a new compatible aerial, tuned it in and spent time making sure my mother could work the remote. Abdul went above and beyond and treated my mother with care and respect. The invoice was more than fair, and Abdul didn’t charge weekend rates or his extra running around on the Sunday, in fact he discounted as she is a senior citizen. Called Abdul, regarding signal error , I was at work and my partner was here. He must have been having a bad day , rude grumpy and wish we hadnt now. He offered a free quote ,my partner not accepting the quote as it's nothing to do with the free view it's a final issue. He then demanded 50 for gas as he didn't get the job . Epsom -onehunga Come on Abdul Come get ur 50 from me mate . Reply: Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. To ensure complete transparency, I'd like to clarify: The diagnostic assessment was indeed provided free of charge, honoring our initial agreement. The modest reimbursement request solely pertained to time and travel expenses incurred after we had completed the evaluation and presented our recommended solution - not for the quotation process itself. While we fully respect every client's right to decline services, we do believe it's reasonable to expect coverage of basic operational costs for after-hours professional work, as this aligns with standard business practices across our industry.
