SubsQS Ltd is a Rotorua-based, qualified-builder–led quantity surveying and construction estimating service. We help builders, subcontractors, developers and homeowners price work accurately and submit tenders on time across Bay of Plenty, Tauranga/Mount/Papamoa, Whakatāne, Taupō and Waikato/Hamilton. Because we started on the tools, our take-offs and estimates are practical, buildable and aligned with how NZ trades really work.
