Just thrilled with our new heat pump. Matt not only removed our old one safely but disposed of it as well. He installed the new motor in a more discreet location than the original. The ducting that housed the pipes and cable was square and very neatly installed. Along with his workmanship being top-notch, he was very prompt at replying to any calls or texts I sent him. The cost was clearly outlined before the work commenced, we talked through my budget and what unit was best suited for the space that I wanted to heat. Matt is an absolute professional, and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Matt was a joy to deal with, excellent service and education to ensure we made the right choice for our home. While I wanted a larger unit he let me know that a smaller unit would save me some coin and do a great job of keeping me, my house and my family warm. 3 months later and I can't recommend Auckland HeatPump Services enough. We are toasty and warm, negligible difference to our energy bill and the care and attention to detail in the installation ensures our little Villa retains the individual touches that carry on the character of the property. You wont go wrong with Matt and the team.

Matt from Auckland Heatpump Services Limited installed two Panasonic heatpumps in my upstairs bedrooms in Remuera. The price was the cheapest of three quotes, the quality of workmanship on the installation was really nice and everything was left tidy and looking spot on. It is now a month later, and they both work perfectly.I would definitely choose Matt again for my other bedrooms.
