Matt called after I sent a query for a quote. He asked a few questions, and quickly diagnosed a remote timer setting problem. Saved me a little bundle on whatever fees I would have to pay for a call out. Absolute GC in my books. It was great to have someone respond promptly to enquiries, turn up when they say they will and also say how long it should take - which was correct. Matt did all these as well as providing a great service and price installing a heat pump. He also let me know things I could do to keep the heat pump well maintained which was so helpful.
