We recently had ‘Timbermaster Tim' re-oil our engineered timber floors. The job came with a few challenges as we had let them go somewhat, however Tim was very patient, professional, and committed to achieving the best possible result throughout. Tim was great to deal with; he communicated well and clearly takes pride in his work. His knowledge of timber floors and finishes was evident, and his relationship with Osmo, who supplied the oil for our floors, was a real advantage. Thanks Tim and team. Originally, there was a lot of paint and stained flooring that we could not imagine a tidy finish. Tim sent is updates each day and we could see our home getting a huge makeover. The floors looked tidy, clean, warm and had such a smooth finish. Tim was easy to communicate with and finished his work on time.
