Our brand-new solid beech floorboards had been botched by another contractor (so badly that I wanted to sell my house!) and needed to be resanded back to their original blonde colour. Tim did exactly what I wanted and imagined — he sanded them beautifully and finished the job with a water-based polyurethane that looked outstanding - flawless in fact!
