About

R-Value Insulation Co is an Auckland-based commercial insulation and acoustic subcontractor. We supply and install thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, wall and ceiling systems, and rigid board solutions for main contractors, developers and builders across Auckland, Waikato and the Bay of Plenty.

Our work sits mostly on commercial and multi-unit sites: apartments, retirement villages, schools, and commercial fit-outs. Typical scopes include Pink Batts and GreenStuf wall and ceiling batts, Kingspan and Enertherm rigid board, acoustic panel absorbers, inter-tenancy acoustic walls, and underfloor and ceiling thermal systems.

Every install is completed to New Zealand Building Code H1 requirements, photographed and QA recorded before close-out, and backed by PS3 producer statement competence and a five year workmanship guarantee. That means the inspection passes first time and your programme does not slip.

We quote fixed price from your drawings, with no provisional sums and no surprise variations. We hold trade accounts direct with Autex, Comfortech, Mammoth and Kingspan, and all other big merchants; so pricing is current and material lands when the zone is ready.
