Our easy-to-follow reports give buyers of a home greater insight into any urgent repairs and other maintenance required, including issues that may be due to design and our non-invasive moisture assessment. We have designed our reports to be comprehensive and easy to understand with a summary of issues and photos which show further detail. Written reports include a non-invasive moisture assessment. We also offer Lead Paint Testing, Meth Testing, Mold Testing, Same day reports service, tree Identification on your property service.

Could not recommend more. We have used them twice now as the first building report came back with a lot of issues that were undisclosed by the realtor and we decided to pull out.
