We offer quality building inspection reports and advice. Our easy-to-follow reports give buyers of a home greater insight into any urgent repairs and other maintenance required, including issues that may be due to design and our non-invasive moisture assessment. We have designed our reports to be comprehensive and easy to understand with a summary of issues and photos which show further detail. Written reports include a non-invasive moisture assessment. We also offer Lead Paint Testing, Meth Testing, Mold Testing, Same day reports service, tree Identification on your property service.
