Used them for over 3 years. However, last year the price was high and the quality of work not up to their usual standard. Gave them the chance to call and discuss. Their reply was we have removed you from our contact list!!! Go figure!!!! Reply: Hi Geoff, thank you for your review. Our apologies that we didn’t meet your expectations last year and that our customer service fell below the mark when you reached out this year. We do pride ourselves on our customer service and quality of work and so I do apologise for us not meeting this standard. We have looked into our procedures and changed these to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

We had an enormous tree come down in an easterly wind and it fell partially into our small lake. It was a tricky place to access anyway let alone being in the water. We got a quote within a couple of days of contacting BTS and they were on the job a fortnight later. Job was done by lunchtime by a group of very pleasant young men. All as per the quote. They did a great job of tidying up afterwards; I couldn't have asked for better. They exceeded my expectations considerably. I would definitely use them again.
