We have used HD Plumbing & Gas twice now. One of the jobs we got them to do wasn't straightforward. Initially Jack came to do the job. It was great in the fact that he got to a certain point, advised he wanted to discuss with Hayden instead of pressing forward and possibly botching it up. We really appreciated this forward thinking.
