Really friendly and communicative about the job. Asked all the right questions that clarified what we wanted and what was possible. Nor was he a complete robot. Genuinely nice fellow and a pleasure to have in our house. Bang on schedule promised for time on the labour, NO overrun (above "Schedule" options did not allow for this outcome) and was impeccable with clean up and removing the old door for me too. He probably would have painted it for me if I asked.
