Over 20 years personal experience and 15 years running my own company. For years I've been a maintenance guy for well known Property Managers, body corporates and individuals. Of course my biggest client is my Wife!
From placing a picture on the wall, to build a wall for the picture!
Good example with current weather is roof leakage. You'll need a roofer, insulation guy, builder, GIB fixer, plasterer and painter. Or you can try all in one! As small jobs is my passion!
