I had a tech come out to see to my tilta door that was stopping half-way down when closing. He turned off the power, waited 1 minute then turned it on again. Aparrently that reset everything and it now works perfectly. Time taken to do that - 5 minute! We then chatted for a further 10 minutes about another issue . I have received an invoice for $115. Yikes! That works our at a rate of $660 per hour! I will pay the amount but will. no longer be doing business with them in future. I will find another company to take care of my 6 rental properties.
