I was extremely disappointed. He arrived in his van with another man a few minutes before I arrived home, and I pulled up to observe the other man pulling down a cable from my roof to the power pole! I had requested a job which was hanging a shelf... He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to arrange fibre to be installed because it was free, and he would get the job. He never sent me the shelf hanging quote but instead text me to say he had sent it. He never answered my texts. Nightmare.
