At the beginning Darren was quick to respond to initial job request, came and looked at the job promptly. However, he said the job wouldn't fit. As a result we ordered a additional parts and sent photos to Darren. He said it would work and encouraged us buy a kit, $250+ and call him once it arrived. We agreed. But once it arrived he installed without the expensive extra part and then ghosted our calls and texts. Instead of sharing the cost of the unnecessary part which we lost money on. Beware
