Craig and the team were fantastic. From their first quote on site (on a Saturday) Craig took the time to understand what I wanted and gave assurance that his people were security qualified. Engagement and communication was above expectations and the quality of work better that I had hoped for - so much so that I added a few more "wish list" items to the work they did. Very prompt in response and communication to queries; thorough with calendar request for job date/time. Very knowledgeable and thorough in setting up Wifi meshing system in big house with challenges. I first saw Smart Installations on Facebook went online and asked for a quote they got back to me within a day or two to arrange the quote they where very friendly and showed us the options we received the quote and added two more smoke detectors had a few questions they got back to us the next day. We agreed to go ahead and agreed on a date. The installer was Beau he was on time very friendly we showed him with everything was to go and left him to it after install he set up the remotes and the app on our phones. the main reason for the new alarm was to get to one remote rather than the three remotes one for gate ,garage and alarm. We had to get them back to alter some settings and get an extra remote which came with buttons showing the garage and gate. we are very happy with the result and would recommend Smart Installations Reply: Thank you Steven for the lovely words. We have been customers of Smart Installations for some years. They are a really professional but nice to work with provider with outstanding technical knowledge. As not very tech savvy people we appreciate their patience with us. We love the systems they have installed and they work, they work so well, from the WIFI itself to our Control 4 and Sonus system. Best of all is the service which is outstanding. They actually come and sort problems out, everyone we have dealt with has been a pleasure to interact with but a special shout out to Wayne and his tech knowledge.
