Amazing customer service, I got exactly what was explained to me from 1st call to final installation, no question went unanswered, to be honest by far the best WiFi I have had to date, I highly recommend Smart Installations if you want the best!! Right from Craig assessing my home needs in person and going through details and various quoting options, to Wayne and Beau who expertly installed my hardware and made sure it was perfectly running. Craig and his team are absolute legends. I had issues with my wifi in my office (in a sleepout in our garden) and our provider couldn't fix it. I'd given up and was sceptical by the time I came across Smart Installations. Craig was extremely responsive and resolved the solution within a few hours. I haven't had an issue since.
