Neil maintained excellent communication from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, and kept us well-informed throughout the process. When the team were onsite, they were very professional and respectful, which we really appreciated. Once the work was completed, a full inspection was carried out with a fine-tooth comb, and anything that needed attention was promptly fixed. The end result exceeded our expectations - We did a full re-roof with guttering and downpipes. We’re very happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend! Date got pushed out a few times, but these things happen with reroofing being at the mercy of the weather (would rather that than reroofing in bad weather). Nice guys and made pretty quick work of the job once they got stuck into it. Checked in on a few little things that I didn't expect with the job, which they quickly righted once pointed out. Had to clean up plenty of nails (lead) out of the gardens and off the pavement after they left which wasn't ideal. But all in all, good work at a sharp price compared to what other local companies could offer.
