The job evolved and ended up being much bigger than originally discussed, the changes were made at my request and Jarrod clearly communicated throughout the process that these changes would increase the original quote. The changes also increased the time frame required to complete the job which Jarod also kept me informed of. Jarod was completely professional throughout the entire process.
