Cant fault the quality of Conrad's work, but after 9 months, a 10 day job with time and material payments made in advance, is still not complete. On 30 July he texted " I'll make it my priority to finish it this week i'll be there Tuesday morning". Just another of his many broken promises. You try to do the right thing by him by making sure he's not out of pocket, its just a same he cant do the right thing by you. You can decide whether of not to risk this tradesman.
