Room Custom Wardrobes

Mann Joinery recently completed a fully customized wardrobe solution for a client who was running out of space and needed storage that genuinely worked for their lifestyle. They wanted something functional, beautiful, and tailored to their everyday use — and they absolutely loved the final result. We designed and built a set of wardrobes featuring: • Soft‑close drawers for smooth, quiet operation • Hanging rails for long and short garments • A4‑tall compartments ideal for folded clothing • Dedicated storage for bags and accessories • Thoughtfully arranged internal layouts to maximise usability To enhance both function and aesthetics, we incorporated sleek long handles that complement the clean, modern design. Above the main wardrobes, we built custom joinery right up to the ceiling, fitted with push‑to‑open mechanisms. This provides valuable extra storage for blankets, bulky items, and anything the client doesn’t need to access frequently. The client selected Green Slate from the Laminex range — a rich, elegant colour that pairs beautifully with the overall design. Once installed, the finish looked stunning and tied the whole room together. This project is a great example of how smart design and quality craftsmanship can transform a space into something both practical and visually striking.

Our team has successfully brought our client’s vision to life with a beautifully crafted, modern shaker‑style kitchen. The cabinetry features premium lacquer‑finished fronts paired with a solid 40 mm benchtop, delivering both durability and timeless elegance. Floating shelves with integrated LED strip lighting create a warm, ambient glow, while the golden handles and matching tapware add a touch of luxury and sophistication. High‑quality Blum soft‑close hardware ensures smooth, effortless functionality throughout. A standout feature of this project is the pocket‑door pantry, complete with sensor‑activated lighting for added convenience and a seamless, clutter‑free look. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed and executed to create a kitchen that is not only visually stunning but also highly practical for everyday living.

Kitchen (Nicholas Street)

Our clients were ready to renovate their home and had spent considerable time searching for the right joiners. When they met our team, they felt confident that we could deliver a kitchen that suited both their budget and their lifestyle. Their main challenge was working within a small space, so our design focused on smart storage solutions and practical functionality without compromising on style. The new kitchen features beautiful Washed Timber Organic fronts paired with elegant granite benchtops, adding warmth, texture, and timeless charm to the space. To maximise usability, we incorporated an on‑bench pantry with bifold hardware, providing a dedicated area to neatly store all small appliances. Additional island back storage and seating further enhanced the efficiency of the layout. For everyday convenience, the microwave was positioned at the perfect height for the homeowners, and subtle LED lighting under the extractor cabinet adds both ambience and visibility. The clients were especially pleased with the drawer configuration in the sink unit, a modern upgrade from the traditional shelved cabinet they previously had. To complete the build, we used Blum soft‑close hardware, backed by a lifetime warranty for long‑lasting performance. The result is a compact yet highly functional kitchen that the clients absolutely love.

Mani completed a job trimming my kitchen cupboard doors so they could swing fully open under a fan. From first contact Mani communicated clearly and promptly. He was very professional and personable making working with him very easy. After I posted my job, Mani was able to attend to it the very next day - on New Years Day! This was most helpful for me. I appreciated that Mani is a conscientious and considerate person. I would recommend his work and wish him and his family all the best for 2025!
