The lovely people at Aotea installed a ducted heat pump in our home this summer. What a difference it has made on hot days, and what a joy it is now to wake up to a warm home every morning. The process was seamless, they kept us informed throught the process, and Grant and crew were a joy to have on site. Highly recommend! Jack was just a gem to have work at our home, where we had lights fitted upstairs & downstairs & then we had him come back to install a large 4 bedroom heat transfer unit from the woodfire. Jack was a hard worker, who didn't waste time & never artificially clocking up hours, which was a massive reason why I got him back again to do more work in my flat area. He never added on extra hours & we were always correctly charged ftom time of arrival to time of leaving the job. The other thing I appreciate, was Jack always told me when he was leaving & disclosed the hours he worked. I think this is something All honest tradesmen should do with their clients at the end of a work day, to help eliminate any conflicts or disputes about hours. I like honest, trustworthy people, who are generally good people & Jack was all of these things aswell as we had some excellent conversations while he continued working. Excellent service throughout, from coming around and helping understand our situation, to then quoting, then working in with another tradesperson for preliminary work, and then to promptly installing our new heat pump -- which is perfect for our home, and we're enjoying heaps.
