Aotea removed a faulty heat pump and replaced with a new one. They provided a quote quickly and were willing to price match. As I was without alternative heating in winter, they did the install as quickly as possible. Always friendly and helpful to deal with. These guys are awesome. The service was prompt. Although the issue was out of the ordinary the problem was solved without fuss.
