I had my aircon/heatpump cleaned/serviced by Mixify and I was completely blown away by the service I received. The technician did such an amazing and through job and also explained to me each step of the way what he was doing and why. My aircon unit was mouldy and smelt a bit funny so it was completely taken apart and cleaned piece by piece. The technician applied an anti-mould treatment to stop the mould coming back and it’s also deodorised the aircon so now it smells really nice and clean when it’s running. He had a number of different tools and pieces of equipment and I was astounded at how easy he made it look. I’ve paid a similar price for services before and all they have done is remove the filters and give them a bit of a brush. The service I got from Mixify was well and truly leagues above and very reasonably priced. The technician also went above and beyond and let me know that the coolant pipes connected to the outside unit had deteriorated and would be making it inefficient to operate. For a very reasonable price he recommend installing new insulation so that it would cost me less in power to run the air conditioning. He even included a checklist of the jobs completed. Excellent work! Would highly recommend. Very punctual and friendly. I didn’t realise what a state the heat pump was in. He explained all the steps in what was done including replacing the insulation. It’s now running perfectly. Will definitely be calling Pranil back to do my annual service.
