We booked a ducted heat pump/air conditioning system clean up and check. We had the pleasure to welcome Mr Pranil Chand to our home. Pranil was a very nice person, professionally explaining and answering any question we threw on to him. He has checked and cleaned each component of the unit and advised to even wait and save money until it is truly the time to replace any worn out components. Had my heat pump deep cleaned today. Service was very thorough and great attention to detail. Watching all the mould and grime washed out of the unit was oddly satisfying.
