I'm not usually someone to post negative feedback. But if it improves the company's service I will give some feedback. On the 13th of November I phoned with a problem with my alarm. The guy I was talking to was helpful. I then received and email saying a job had be created and I would be contacted. I didn't know the time-line. Xmas came and went and on new years eve the problems kicked off again. I rang again on the 12th of January. This time the technician said he would be around after lunch. His communication was great. He texted before he arrived, and the problem was fixed. The invoice arrived a couple of days later. It was clear and I liked that it had an option to pay now with credit card. I chose the credit card option and paid the day it arrived. Today I received an email to say my account was overdue. Overall the service was good. But maybe some work should be done on the clerical side of things. Reply: Hi Helen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
